Our Commitment to Privacy
At Zend2, privacy isn't just a feature—it's our foundation. We built this platform to help you protect your online privacy, and we practice what we preach. This policy explains what data we collect (very little) and how we handle it.
Information We Don't Collect
We believe in data minimization. Here's what we don't do:
- We don't require account registration
- We don't store your IP address from our tools (results are processed client-side)
- We don't use tracking cookies or fingerprinting
- We don't sell or share personal data with third parties
- We don't build user profiles
Information We May Collect
To operate our service, we may collect minimal technical information:
- Server logs: Basic access logs for security and troubleshooting (automatically deleted after 30 days)
- Contact form submissions: If you contact us, we store your message and email to respond
- Cookies: Essential cookies only for site functionality (no tracking)
How Our Tools Work
Our privacy tools (IP check, DNS leak test, WebRTC leak test) are designed with privacy in mind:
- Tests run in your browser where possible
- Results are displayed to you and not stored on our servers
- No test history is maintained
Third-Party Services
We use minimal third-party services:
- CDN: We use content delivery networks to serve static assets quickly
- Affiliate links: When you click VPN affiliate links, those providers have their own privacy policies
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tracking services.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request information about any data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your data (contact form submissions)
- Opt out of any communications
Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
