Delete your Zend2 account

This page is for Zend2 Private Browser accounts created with Google sign-in. It is not for the VPN Finder tools on this website.

Delete in the app

If you still have the app, this is the fastest way:

  1. Open Zend2 Private Browser
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account
  3. Confirm deletion

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. You are signed out and cannot use that account again.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot open the app, submit the form below. We verify the Google account used to sign in before deleting. You can also email hello@zend2.com with the subject “Account deletion”.

What is deleted

When the account is deleted, Zend2 removes access to it and deletes or anonymizes account identity data, including:

  • Your profile (name, email, and profile photo)
  • The Google sign-in link for this account
  • Signed-in sessions and app access
  • Registered devices
  • Active Zend2 subscription/entitlement on the account (set to cancelled)

Zend2 does not store browsing history, visited websites, or search queries with your account. There is no browsing history to delete.

What is retained

Some non-identity records are kept after deletion:

  • Terms and privacy acceptance records — to show which legal versions were accepted, and when
  • Cancelled subscription records — for accounting and to show the plan was cancelled
  • Private-connection records — timestamps and the client IP when a private connection was issued, kept for security and abuse prevention. These records do not include browsing history, URLs, or search queries
  • An anonymized deleted-account record — so the account stays closed and cannot be reused
  • Routine server logs — rotated as part of normal operations

If you bought a subscription through Google Play, cancel it in Google Play as well so billing stops. Deleting your Zend2 account does not cancel Play Store charges by itself.

After deletion

Deletion cannot be undone. You can sign up again later with the same Google account; that creates a new Zend2 account, not a restore of the old one.
