Delete your Zend2 account
This public page is for Zend2 Private Browser accounts created with Google Sign-In. It does not require you to be signed in on the website. It is not for VPN Finder website tools.
Deleting a Zend2 account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. See the subscription section below.
Delete in the app
If you still have the app, this is the fastest way:
- Open Zend2 Private Browser
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account
- Confirm deletion
In-app deletion signs you out and closes that Zend2 account. Account and session identity data handled by Zend2 is deleted or anonymized according to current backend deletion behavior (described below).
Request deletion on the web
If you cannot open the app, submit the form below. We verify the Google account used to sign in before deleting. You can also email hello@zend2.com with the subject “Account deletion”.
What is deleted
When the account is deleted, Zend2 removes access to it and deletes or anonymizes account identity data, including:
- Your profile (name, email, and profile photo)
- The Google sign-in link for this account
- Signed-in sessions and app access
- Registered devices
- Active Zend2 subscription/entitlement on the account (set to cancelled)
Zend2 does not store browsing history, visited websites, or search queries with your account. There is no browsing history to delete.
What is retained
Some non-identity records are kept after deletion:
- Terms and privacy acceptance records — to show which legal versions were accepted, and when
- Cancelled subscription records — for accounting and to show the plan was cancelled
- Private-connection records — timestamps and the client IP when a private connection was issued, kept for security and abuse prevention. These records do not include browsing history, URLs, or search queries
- An anonymized deleted-account record — so the account stays closed and cannot be reused
- Routine server logs — rotated as part of normal operations
Cancel or manage your subscription
Deleting a Zend2 account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it either.
To stop Zend2 Plus billing:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Go to Payments & subscriptions
- Select Zend2 Plus and cancel or manage it there
More detail: subscription support.
After deletion
Deletion cannot be undone. You can sign up again later with the same Google account; that creates a new Zend2 account, not a restore of the old one.
