Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 21, 2025
Welcome to Zend2 (https://zend2.com). We build privacy, email, and web security tools that run simple, read-only checks. This policy explains what we collect (and what we don’t), how we use it, and your choices.
What we don’t collect
- No account creation, no personal profiles.
- No storage of tool results tied to your identity.
- No selling of data, ever.
Data we process
- Request logs: IP, user agent, timestamps, request IDs, URL path—for security & reliability.
- Inputs you provide: domains, IPs, or URLs required to run read-only checks (processed transiently).
- Rate limiting: per IP/domain to enforce fair use (e.g., 30/hour).
Retention
Transient artifacts are short-lived. Server logs are kept briefly for security and troubleshooting, then deleted or anonymized.
Cookies & analytics
Pages work without tracking cookies. If we use privacy-friendly analytics, it’s aggregate only. We’ll update this if it changes.
Third-party services
We may query external services (e.g., DNS/resolver or reputation APIs) to complete checks. Only minimal data is shared.
Security
HTTPS by default, least-privilege access, and private range blocks for network requests.
