Terms of Service
Last updated: September 15, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using zend2.com, Zend2 Private Browser, Zend2 Plus, privacy tools, or VPN Finder, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. The Android app may also require you to accept the current Terms version before creating or continuing an account.
2. Description of services
Zend2 provides: (a) the zend2.com website; (b) Zend2 Private Browser; (c) Zend2 Plus; (d) free privacy-testing tools; and (e) VPN Finder and educational content about third-party VPNs. These are distinct offerings. Zend2 Private Browser is not a full-device VPN product.
3. Zend2 Private Browser
Zend2 Private Browser is an Android browser with a protected private connection built in. Protection applies to browsing inside Zend2, not to other apps on your device. Zend2 does not guarantee access to every website, streaming catalog, or network destination.
4. Zend2 protected connection
While protection is active, browser traffic is routed through Zend2 Edge toward a selected upstream browsing region. If the protected browsing connection is unavailable, Zend2 is designed to block protected page loading rather than silently switch to an unprotected connection. Availability can fail because of networks, devices, upstream capacity, or maintenance. Zend2 does not guarantee uninterrupted Edge or region availability.
5. Accounts
App accounts use Google Sign-In. You must be allowed to use the Google account you sign in with. You are responsible for activity on your Zend2 account. Zend2 may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that present abuse or security risk.
6. Free service
Free users receive protected Zend2 browsing with Automatic location. Zend2 selects an available region. Automatic is dynamic and is not a promise of a specific country.
7. Zend2 Plus
Zend2 Plus includes Free features and lets you choose and switch between available browsing regions. Plus authorization is determined by Zend2 after Google Play purchase verification. Current selectable regions include United Kingdom, United States, Hong Kong, Colombia, Türkiye.
Available regions may change based on service availability. Zend2 does not promise that a particular browsing location will remain permanently available.
8. Google Play billing
Plus subscriptions are purchased through Google Play. See current pricing in Google Play. Zend2 does not process card payments on the website. Google’s terms and policies apply to Play purchases.
9. Subscription renewal / cancellation
Renewal and cancellation are managed through Google Play. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Deleting a Zend2 account does not cancel Google Play billing. Zend2 does not promise refunds outside Google Play’s applicable policies.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the services in violation of applicable law
- Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt Zend2, Edge, or related systems
- Probe, reverse engineer, or circumvent access controls except as allowed by law
- Share accounts in a way that evades Plus authorization
- Use automated systems to scrape the website without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
11. Availability and region changes
Services may be interrupted, limited, or changed. Available regions may change based on service availability. Zend2 may modify Free or Plus features with notice through the app or website where practical.
12. Third-party websites / services
Websites you visit in Zend2 Private Browser, Google Sign-In, Google Play, CDNs, and linked VPN providers are third parties. Zend2 is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
13. VPN Finder and affiliate relationships
VPN Finder is an independent comparison resource for third-party VPN providers. Some links are affiliate links. Rankings use the published methodology and are not a guarantee of any provider’s performance. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
14. Intellectual property
Zend2 names, logos, site content, and app materials are owned by Zend2 or its licensors. You may not copy or create derivative works except as allowed by law or written permission.
15. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Zend2 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, access to every website, a particular browsing location, anonymity, complete tracking prevention, or the security of any third-party VPN. Privacy tools are informational.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zend2 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from use of Zend2 Private Browser, Zend2 Edge, Google Play billing, privacy tools, or third-party VPNs recommended on the site.
17. Suspension / termination
Zend2 may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, abuse, non-payment of Plus (as reflected after Play verification), or to protect the service. You may stop using the services at any time.
18. Account deletion
You may delete your Zend2 account in the app or at zend2.com/account-deletion. Deletion does not cancel Google Play subscriptions. Some non-identity records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
19. Changes to Terms
Zend2 may change these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Significant app-related changes may require accepting a new version in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. A specific company legal entity, postal address, and exclusive jurisdiction are not stated here because they are not confirmed in the public site repository.
