Zend2 VPN Terms of Service

These Terms apply to Zend2 VPN only. Zend2 Private Browser has separate terms at https://zend2.com/legal/terms/2026-08-08. The zend2.com VPN Finder comparison tool is not Zend2 VPN.

1. Acceptance

By creating a Zend2 VPN product account or using Zend2 VPN, you agree to these Terms and to the Zend2 VPN Privacy Policy (Version 2026-09-09). If you do not agree, do not use Zend2 VPN. The Android app requires you to accept the current VPN Terms and Privacy versions before Zend2 will complete VPN registration or issue VPN access.

2. Description of the service

Zend2 VPN is an Android VPN product. When connected, the app uses Android VpnService and the WireGuard protocol to route device traffic through a Zend2 VPN Edge.

Zend2’s account and control-plane service (“Borsa”) authenticates you, records VPN product registration and session metadata, checks Free or Plus entitlement, and provisions a VPN session. The WireGuard tunnel itself is established between your device and a Zend2 VPN Edge. Zend2 VPN is distinct from Zend2 Private Browser, which protects browsing inside that browser and is not a full-device VPN.

3. Accounts and authentication

Zend2 VPN accounts use Google Sign-In. You must be allowed to use the Google account you sign in with. One Google identity is one Zend2 account. That identity may have a Zend2 VPN product account, a Zend2 Private Browser product account, or both. You are responsible for activity on your Zend2 account, including VPN use. Zend2 may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that present abuse or security risk.

4. Devices, keys, and sessions

VPN sessions are associated with your Zend2 account and a registered device. The Android app generates a WireGuard keypair on the device. The private key remains on the device and is not sent to Borsa. Only the WireGuard public key is sent so Zend2 can provision the session. Edge assigns a VPN client address for that session.

Zend2 may limit concurrent VPN sessions per device and per account, rate-limit provisioning, and disconnect or refuse sessions to protect the service.

5. Free service

Free Zend2 VPN users may connect using Automatic location. Zend2 selects an available VPN exit. Automatic is dynamic and is not a promise of a specific country. Named country selection requires Zend2 Plus. Zend2 does not guarantee that an Automatic exit will always be available.

6. Zend2 Plus

Zend2 Plus is an account-level entitlement controlled by Borsa after Google Play purchase verification. Plus includes Free VPN features and, when a VPN Edge exists for that country, lets you request a named VPN location from the locations Zend2 currently offers in the app. Available locations may change. Zend2 does not promise that a particular country will remain permanently available. Browser and VPN do not have separate Plus plans; Plus on the Zend2 account is what Borsa checks.

7. Google Play billing

Plus subscriptions may be purchased through Google Play. See current pricing in Google Play. Zend2 does not process card payments on the website. Google’s terms and policies apply to Play purchases.

8. Subscription renewal / cancellation

Renewal and cancellation are managed through Google Play. Uninstalling Zend2 VPN does not cancel a subscription. Deleting a Zend2 account does not cancel Google Play billing. Zend2 does not promise refunds outside Google Play’s applicable policies.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Zend2 VPN in violation of applicable law
Abuse, overload, scan, or attempt to disrupt Zend2, Borsa, VPN Edge, or related systems
Probe, reverse engineer, or circumvent access, entitlement, or session controls except as allowed by law
Share accounts in a way that evades Plus authorization or session limits
Use Zend2 VPN to send malware, carry out attacks, or conceal unlawful activity
Impersonate any person or entity

10. Abuse and security controls

Zend2 may enforce abuse and security controls on VPN infrastructure and egress. That can include account suspension, session limits, rate limits, refusing or disconnecting sessions, and network-level filters intended to reduce abuse or protect the service. This is not a claim that Zend2 inspects the content of your communications, reads your traffic, or builds a browsing or destination history.

11. Availability

Zend2 VPN may be interrupted, limited, or changed because of networks, devices, Edge capacity, provisioning failures, maintenance, or abuse controls. Zend2 does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity, a particular speed, a particular exit IP, or access to every destination. If a VPN Edge cannot be provisioned, the connection will not be authorized as active.

12. Third-party services

Google Sign-In, Google Play, DNS resolvers used by a tunnel (which may include third-party resolvers configured on a VPN Edge), CDNs, and destinations you reach through the VPN are third parties. Zend2 is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. The zend2.com website, privacy tools, and VPN Finder remain covered by the site’s own terms where you use those pages.

13. Intellectual property

Zend2 names, logos, site content, and app materials are owned by Zend2 or its licensors. You may not copy or create derivative works except as allowed by law or written permission.

14. Disclaimers

Zend2 VPN is provided “as is” and “as available.” Zend2 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, anonymity, untraceability, complete leak prevention, or that use of Zend2 VPN will make any activity lawful. Zend2 does not claim a “no logs” VPN.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zend2 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from use of Zend2 VPN, Borsa, VPN Edge, Google Play billing, third-party DNS, or destinations you reach through the VPN.

16. Suspension / termination

Zend2 may suspend or terminate VPN access for Terms violations, abuse, non-payment of Plus (as reflected after Play verification), legal risk, or to protect the service. You may stop using Zend2 VPN at any time.

17. Account deletion

A Zend2 account is shared across products. Deleting it closes that identity for Zend2 VPN and Zend2 Private Browser. You may request deletion in a Zend2 app that supports account deletion or at zend2.com/account-deletion. Deletion does not cancel Google Play subscriptions. Some non-identity records may be retained as described in the Zend2 VPN Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to Terms

Zend2 may change these Terms. The version string and canonical URL identify the current VPN Terms. Significant changes may require accepting a new version in the Zend2 VPN app before you can continue. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. A specific company legal entity, postal address, and exclusive jurisdiction are not stated here because they are not confirmed in the public site repository.
